We’re delighted to announce the premiere of The Golden Spurtle at CPH:DOC in March 2025! The feature documentary directed by Constantine Costi will be part of the festivals NEXT:WAVE award competition.
The Golden Spurtle is an eccentric and unique look at this annual event in Carrbridge, a quaint village in the Highlands, where residents and visitors gather to find out who is the best porridge-maker in the world. The film is a visually stunning and heartfelt testament to what a large impact a small bowl of porridge can have on people and a community.
